Catapult was launched in 2005 as an integrated agency resource. We deliver insights, brand strategy, conversion marketing, shopper marketing, consumer promotions, digital programs and development, Hispanic and culturally targeted programs, omni-channel creative execution, and eCommerce expertise.

Since our founding, we’ve grown fivefold, have been named Consumer Promotion Agency of the Year by Chief! Marketer Magazine and have been voted the #1 Shopper Marketing Agency by The HUB Magazine. Previously, Brian oversaw the digital shopper marketing practice at Catapult Marketing, where he helped drive innovation and thought leadership for all Catapult clients. Dave leads the Catapult East creative team. He has over 20 years of creative ideation and development experience bringing fully integrated programs to life for some of America’s largest brands. Before Catapult, Dave led digital creative for several General Motors brands and helped return Cadillac to global category leadership. His teams also helped lead many Unilever brands to prominence, including I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!, Skippy, and Wish-Bone. Dave has worked with TV, the Web, gaming, and mobile―and has won industry awards for Kellogg’s, A&E TV, Coty Beauty, and Scholastic, among others.

Margaret is a trained team leader in the Integrated Marketing Communications process, an authority on marketing to moms, and serves as overall Director of Operations for the Westport office.

Heather has over 12 years of experience on both the client and agency sides. Heather currently leads Catapult’s shopper marketing team for Mars Petcare, and she is our resident expert on the value channel which has contributed to the business' double-digit growth. Sarah currently leads the creative concepting discipline at Catapult's Chicago office. Stacey serves as a key integration and collaboration lead to the Epsilon Agency Services network and is a contributing author of thought leadership articles for publications such as MediaPost and PROMO. Previous accounts she worked on at Ryan Partnership include American Express, Office Depot, Sears, RadioShack and Naturalizer.

Angela advises clients that include Colgate-Palmolive, Beiersdorf, and Barilla and has successfully provided them with the guidance needed to build eCommerce Centers of Excellence. Prior to joining Catapult eCommerce, she was at Colgate-Palmolive where she managed some of their most successful brands and directed the launch of new products both in the United States and internationally.
